Career includes 25 years to 1995 with Plessey /Marconi starting out as an apprentice and developing through engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing with a final role as Business Director; Eastern Europe and Russia, responsible for £40m turnover. Follow-on roles include; 2 years as MD (MBI) for a Telecoms business manufacturing Command and Control systems; and 5 years to 2002 as Group Managing Director of a Sub-Contract manufacturing outfit with £8m sales. Since 2003 career focussed on Turnaround which has included projects in; Machine Tool manufacture and distribution (£3m sales), Fire Appliance manufacture (£18m sales), Paint and Ink manufacture and sales (£28m sales) and latterly Interim CEO at a Container/Modular Building manufacturer (£25m t/o). 52 years old, Married, 3 grown up kids, Engineering degree qualified.

Trained as an accountant, Neville has spent 15 years in start-up and business turnaround mostly focused in the manufacturing industry sector. He has run various small businesses and undertaken management and project consultancy assignments with a particular emphasis on finance restructure and corporate recovery, he has gained particular experience working with Insolvency Practitioners. Neville has intimate knowledge of small business practice as well as company insolvency rules. He is therefore able to understand the difficulties many entrepreneurs are faced with and expertly able to assist with company recovery.
