Stephen Moon is a professional turnaround practitioner specialising in operations-led business improvements for the past 14 years.
Stephen is a Black Belt in Lean 6 Sigma and is a focussed target and results driven manager. He has a proven track record of success within engineering,
manufacturing & financial market sectors and has held board level positions as CEO, COO, CRO, Managing Director and Marketing Director.
Stephen has a very practical and common sense approach to problem solving and is often viewed by his peers as being revolutionary with his strong leadership, change management,
and reconstruction experience.
Stephen has keen deal maker skills and has been involved in many complex transactions between shareholders, banks and private equity houses. Stephen has raised
funds in excess of £200m for management buy-outs, share & asset purchases and has managed bank/shareholder debts for over 29 companies since 2000.
Sector experience covers Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Machine Tools, Construction, IT services, Banking and Financial Services.
Many years ago, Stephen won the national prize and became a Whitworth Scholar while completing his training as a Chartered Engineer.
